Job summary

Ameron, a wholly owned subsidiary of Arcosa, Inc., is seeking a Document/Quality Specialist to join our Tulsa, OK team. You will review QC data, verify materials documentation, and provide end-of-job information to clients to ensure compliance with specifications.

You will inspect MTRs and PO records, assist with NDT reports, and maintain organized records to support DOT and third-party inspections. Strong data entry, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience with quality management systems.
• Experience preferred in document control, admin support, technical writing or QA.
• STEM education may substitute for work experience per discretion.

Responsibilities

• Inspect MTRs and PO docs for quality and traceability.
• Assist in creating and reviewing NDT reports.
• Review and file CVP, Pull Sheets, CMTRs to maintain records.
• Prepare documentation for standards for DOT or inspectors.
• Support 40-hour work week and potential overtime as needed.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively.
