Job summary

Arcosa seeks a Document/Quality Specialist to join our Tulsa, OK team. You will review QC data, verify compliance with specifications, and provide end-of-job information to clients.

Your duties include inspecting MTRs and PO docs for quality and traceability, assisting with NDT reports, maintaining organized records, and preparing docs for DOT/3rd party review. A 40-hour week is required with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with quality management systems and collaboration with quality inspectors.
• Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) preferred.
• STEM University or Technical College education may substitute for work experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Material Test Reports (MTRs) and Purchase Order (PO) documentation for incoming materials, processes, and finished products, ensuring adherence to quality/traceability criteria.
• Assist in the creation and review of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) reports.
• Review and file CVP, Pull Sheets, CMTRs, and related documentation to maintain organized records.
• Prepare documentation to standards for review by DOT or third-party inspectors.
• Maintain a 40-hour work week with potential overtime as required.
• Identify tasks and coordinate completion independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate excellent data entry speed and accuracy; strong written and verbal communication.
• Maintain high attention to detail and analyze data for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
