Job summary

Reader Precision Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Quality Specialist to own document control and program verification within the Quality department.

You will ensure all quality documentation for every job is current and aligned with customer prints and PO requirements, while maintaining AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance. You will verify inspection programs (CMM, Keyence, Oasis, High QA) against prints, manage revisions, perform setup inspections, and prepare PPAPs, FAIs, and other client documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a quality role within a precision machining or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated competence in setup inspections and revision control within a QMS.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality workbook for each job and ensure all documents are accurate and current.
• Review customer prints and engineering changes to update quality documentation promptly.
• Verify CMM, Keyence, Oasis, and High QA programs align with prints and customer requirements.
• Perform setup inspections and ensure inspector instructions, gages, and programs are ready for production.
