Job summary

TasNetworks is seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to support the NWTD program. Based at site, you will maintain a single source of truth for drawings, documents and project data across engineering, construction and services functions.

Working with the PIMS Lead and project teams, you will manage document workflows, optimise information systems and ensure compliance and security of all documentation.

Qualifications

• Major project document control experience — 5+ years in Document Control/Project Administration.
• Experience with SharePoint and Document Control Systems (preferably InEight Document).
• Strong attention to detail, data integrity and disciplined record‑keeping.

Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute, file and monitor drawings and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Administer project information systems and facilitate multi‑discipline reviews.
• Maintain data governance, generate progress reports and track milestones.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes and support travel arrangements for project teams.
• Identify workflow improvements and support AI‑enabled automation initiatives.
• Ensure privacy, IP, and document security requirements are met.
