MMR Group is seeking a Document Control Clerk based in Mesa, AZ. The role entails maintaining master drawing and specification books, issuing documents to field personnel, and supporting QC activities on site.

You will manage NCR and Surveillance logs, keep quality records, and perform related clerical duties while traveling to job sites as needed. English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• Experience in document control and quality record-keeping for projects.
• Ability to review drawings and specifications and maintain logs.
• Familiarity with project quality plans and site safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Review provided drawings and specs and maintain drawing/spec books.
• Issue drawings, specs, procedures and client documents to field personnel.
• Assist with client turnover package and NCR/Surveillance logs.
• Maintain on-site file quality documentation and training records.
• Gather records for project completion and perform clerical duties.
