Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide outstanding customer service while bridging the clinical services and retail teams. You will support patient flow, assist with pre-testing activities, and ensure a smooth transition from clinical to retail operations across our Stanton Optical locations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service experience and is comfortable with multitasking, scheduling, and basic eye care tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Effective communication with diverse groups of people.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store hours and patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the store and identify needs to facilitate sales.
• Foster a partnership between retail and clinical teams to enhance patient experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with patient complaint resolution.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records.
• Execute basic repairs and edge stock lenses to expedite eyewear delivery.
• Ensure brand standards and timely completion of orders.
