Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, dock, or transportation setting.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Knowledge of trailer docking, release procedures, and trailer anatomy.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Adherence to defined processes, safety standards, and escalation protocols.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dock and yard activities to support daily priorities.
• Manage trailer docking, release, and yard flow with safety in mind.
• Monitor dock conditions and stop-work when unsafe conditions are identified.
• Communicate with site operations, transportation, and customer teams.
• Support site leadership and lead peers as needed.
