Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP in Chicago is seeking an ARC Filing & Docketing Manager to lead the ARC Filing & Docketing Specialists and ensure timely, accurate support for attorneys across the firm.

You will oversee workflow, implement BigHand NOW processes, coordinate staffing, and develop policies that sustain efficiency while maintaining confidentiality and high service levels for internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of ten years’ related experience at a law firm or legal or corporate department.
• Minimum of five years’ supervisory experience overseeing geographically diverse teams.
• Working knowledge of BigHand (or comparable workflow software) is required.
• Experience with state, federal, governmental/administrative filings, document retrieval, rules, procedures and deadline management is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and guidance to ARC Filing & Docketing Specialists to ensure high quality, error-free work and deadlines.
• Foster a collaborative environment and growth opportunities for the team.
• Assist in developing and implementing BigHand NOW workflows and track productivity metrics.
• Coordinate staffing and prioritize assignments to ensure attorney coverage and deadlines.
• Develop policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Participate in orientation and training of new employees for seamless integration.
• Collaborate with Workflow Coordinators to prioritize work and adjust allocations as needed.
• Gather feedback and conduct evaluation meetings to improve performance.
