Job summary

Estes Express Lines is seeking a dynamic dock supervisor to lead and guide dock personnel, set schedules, and ensure a clean, safe LTL operation. You will coordinate with management to meet KPI targets and oversee daily workflow, communications with customers, and documentation.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in dispatch or dock management, and the ability to work extended hours as needed. This is an on-site role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in management/dispatch/dock operations, preferably in LTL trucking.

Responsibilities

• Lead dock employees, set targets, monitor performance and coach as needed.
• Implement and enforce company safety rules and procedures.
• Participate in hiring and termination processes.
• Manage service center plans and meet KPIs.
• Communicate with customers via phone, fax or email.
• Oversee paperwork and documentation for the dock.
