Roadrunner is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Cincinnati to orchestrate dock, freight, and terminal activities with precision and safety. You will translate network strategy into daily execution, balancing throughput, cost control, and service quality in a fast-paced LTL environment.

You will lead frontline teams, monitor costs, ensure DOT/OSHA compliance, and collaborate with linehaul contractors and internal partners to protect shipment integrity and drive terminal profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in transportation, LTL, warehouse or service center ops preferred.
• Ability to supervise, train and evaluate team members.
• Strong safety, compliance, and hazmat handling knowledge (Hazmat preferred).

Responsabilités

• Execute dock and terminal operations with precision.
• Oversee daily dock operations including load planning and linehaul coordination.
• Ensure freight processing with proper routing, docs, and data entry.
• Maintain high load quality, minimize damages, OS&D incidents, and rehandling.
• Lead and develop frontline teams; provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor operating costs and identify efficiency opportunities to improve margins.
• Support budget attainment via labor management and workflow control.
• Drive safety, compliance, and risk management across operations.
