You will oversee load planning, coordinate linehaul throughput, and lead frontline teams while ensuring DOT, OSHA, and Hazmat standards are followed; strong data analysis and communication across stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of relevant operations or logistics experience (or equivalent).
• Strong safety protocols knowledge and Hazmat handling preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience supervising, training, and evaluating teams.
• Proficiency in PC applications (email, spreadsheets, database systems).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dock operations including load planning, freight handling, and linehaul coordination.
• Ensure accurate routing, documentation, and data entry with focus on quality and cost control.
• Maintain safety, compliance with DOT/OSHA, and hazardous materials standards.
• Lead and develop frontline teams with feedback and performance management.
• Coordinate with linehaul contractors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth freight movement.
