All Saints Home Medical, L.L.C. in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a DME Customer Service Representative to receive and process disposable supply orders, oxygen tank refill orders, and walk-in orders, while assisting with non-respiratory hospital discharges.

You will communicate with patients and referral sources daily, verify billing, schedule deliveries, and coordinate with Case Managers and insurance portals to ensure smooth transitions from facility to home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience; DME/Healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other software; familiarity with Brightree, Parachute and Epic preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally; professional and courteous behavior.

Responsabilités

• Takes disposable supply orders (aids to daily living equipment) and verifies billing status of current oxygen orders and DME rentals.
• Processes walk-in orders, tank refill orders, and coordinates scheduling of deliveries to hospital or patient home.
• Assists with non-respiratory hospital discharges, including insurance verification and authorization status.
• Ensures documents meet insurance guidelines and relays information to patients.
• Requests prior authorizations when required by insurance.
• Interacts with patients, Case Managers, and insurance portals via phone, Epic Chat, and online portals.
