Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and process disposable supply orders and DME walk-in orders (including oxygen tank refills).
• Coordinate with patients, referral sources, and case managers for transitions from facility to home.
• Verify billing status, schedule deliveries, and arrange authorizations when required by insurance.
• Assist with hospital discharges (non-respiratory/non-specialty) and ensure documentation meets insurer guidelines.
• Maintain patient communication via phone, in person, or Epic Chat as needed.
