Job summary

You will educate patients on insurance plans, provisions, and financial responsibilities, and ensure compliant documentation and reporting across payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail oriented with excellent documentation能力.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with product selection and ordering, ensuring timely processing.

• Balance cash drawer and assist with deposits as needed.
