Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking Desktop Deployment Technicians for a large Windows device refresh in Delaware City, DE. You will deploy, image, and configure Windows 10/11 devices, perform hardware installs, and support end users onsite. This is a contract role based out of New Castle, with standard business hours and on-site work.

Preferred candidates will have SCCM/Intune experience and a track record of hands-on imaging, device setup, and end-user support in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with desktop deployments, Windows 10/11 support, imaging tools, hardware installations.
• Device setup, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical support required.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune or similar deployment tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and image PCs, load site-specific applications, set up and replace workstations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and validate system functionality.
• Follow established imaging and deployment procedures.
