Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• ASE P2 certification preferred or ASE ready equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals; proficient with MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery testing and wiper installations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing and safety.
• Assist in inventory processes and store cleanliness.
