Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in the United States is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and provide expert knowledge of store systems, parts, and diagnostics. You will assist DIY customers in person and by phone, stock and source parts, and support various services.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong sales ability, and a valid driver's license. ASE certification is preferred but not required, and you will operate POS and parts lookup systems while

Responsibilities

Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
Assist in inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
