Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to support advanced DIY functions, with expert store systems knowledge and automotive parts expertise. The role includes probability for advanced identification, troubleshooting and project assistance for DIY customers.

3-5 years of auto parts experience and proven sales ability are expected. ASE certification is preferred but not required; valid driver's license is noted. The position is full-time.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and customer service experience.
• Familiarity with store inventory and parts lookup tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
