Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and high‑level DIY support. The role requires experience with parts lookup, store systems, and selling skills to meet personal and store sales goals.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification preferred. This is a full‑time in‑store position with opportunities to lead a team and deliver top‑quality customer service.

Qualifications

3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
ASE certification preferred but not required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
