Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer needs. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, parts, and automotive concepts, with responsibility for inventory, service, and sales excellence. Prior automotive parts experience and a valid driver’s license are essential; ASE certification is a plus.

The position is full time, focused on high standards of customer care, parts sourcing, and diagnostic service delivery in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read inventories, catalogs and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service standards and store appearance.
• Serve as key holder with duties including opening/closing and safety.
