Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer needs and store operations. The role requires extensive know-how of automotive systems, parts lookup, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility with days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience
• ASE certification preferred or ready equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Strong selling and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
