Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and store operations. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, parts lookup, and automotive diagnostics, with strong customer service and team collaboration.

Preferred 3–5 years of automotive parts experience; ASE certification is a plus. The position is full-time, with flexible day/evening/weekend availability and duties including inventory tasks and service enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in DIY sales and automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to source from multiple places including special order and second source.
• Strong familiarity with store inventory and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing and safety.
