Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Manager of Demand & Supply Planning in Costa Mesa, CA. You will lead planning for multiple product lines, drive S&OP, and coordinate with Purchasing and Manufacturing to optimize build signals and capital usage.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong experience with ERP/CRM tools, and a track record of delivering operating improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Occasional travel and onsite presence in Costa Mesa are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science) or business field (finance, economics, supply chain, business administration).
• 8+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
• 5+ years of experience managing direct teams.
• Demonstrated ability to own complex value chains from start to finish and coordinate with multiple parties to ensure on-time deliveries and quality.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute the divisional supply and demand strategy across multiple business units.
• Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing planning organization.
• Own and mature the divisional S&OP framework with Central Planning support.
• Provide advanced scenario modeling and risk-adjusted analyses for strategic decisions.
• Set governing policies for working capital and inventory across product portfolios.
