You will drive occupancy goals, mentor a field team, and coordinate with senior leadership to exceed market share targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selling activities within the division, including resource deployment and customer interactions.
• Be an expert of the housing market within their coverage area.
• Generate occupancy marketing best practices within the division.
• Utilize social media as a sales and occupancy tool, including supporting content creation and lead generation.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and execute sales goals.
• Coach and develop the sales team and division staff.
• Forecast and track the division's sales performance and occupancy targets.
• Identify trends and strategies to reach peak occupancy.
