Century Communities is seeking an Area Sales Manager to work with the Director of Sales to achieve division goals by leading and developing the sales team in the field. You will drive sales volume and profitability through effective strategies, coaching, and performance management.

You will travel between communities, coach Sales Consultants, review sales numbers, and manage the contract process to ensure project margins are met. Strong leadership and CRM proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of home building industry sales experience.
• 3 years in sales management in a public homebuilding environment preferred.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and improve division results.
• Monitor and analyze sales pipeline, ratios, and activities of each sales associate.
• Support Century’s ongoing sales training program for Sales Consultants and leaders.
• Manage the contract process to ensure accurate and timely contracts.
• Review and approve purchase agreements.
• Collaborate on sales forecasts aligned with the business plan.
