Job summary

Meritage Homes is seeking a Divisional Sales Manager to coach the frontline sales team, drive an active sales culture, and partner with divisions to meet targets. You will coach, recruit, and train staff, streamline processes, and align with Marketing, Operations, and Land teams.

You will lead Salesforce-based performance analytics and manage open houses, DSAs, and realtor engagement to strengthen Meritage's market presence and drive home sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Real Estate License highly preferred; may be required after hire.
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in homebuilding with 3+ years in lead sales or sales management.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train frontline sales staff; provide performance feedback and conduct evaluations.
• Support annual Sales Fitness plan and drive Meritage Active Sales within the division.
• Recruit, interview and orient sales talent capable of meeting goals.
• Develop designated selling areas and staffing to support the DSA.
• Engage with Realtors and manage realtor engagement activities to drive sales.
• Lead Salesforce utilization to maximize conversion and manage schedules weekly.
