You will surface high-value opportunities, translate needs into AI solutions, and lead cross‑functional teams from pilot to scale in a hybrid Columbia, MD environment.

The role emphasizes measurable ROI, scalable AI integrations, and global rollout readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of AI adoption or digital transformation experience.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into technology-driven solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities with functional leaders and convert to structured use cases.
• Translate business problems into AI requirements, use cases and solution briefs.
• Lead end-to-end AI projects from definition to rollout and adoption.
• Partner with AI engineers and third‑party vendors to deliver solutions.
• Define success metrics, ROI models and ongoing value realization.
• Drive adoption through structured rollout, training, and change management.
