Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to translate our AI strategy into practical, sustained adoption across the organization. You’ll guide a community of AI Ambassadors across divisions, setting priorities, providing playbooks, and ensuring tools and support empower teams to adopt AI effectively.

You’ll partner with division leaders, translate priorities into actionable ambassador activities, coach leaders and ambassadors, and track adoption outcomes to drive tangible business

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience driving change and accelerating technology adoption.
• Experience applying frameworks like ADKAR to help people adopt new ways of working.
• Ability to influence without direct reporting lines and build trust.
• Comfort with AI, including generative AI tools and crafting prompts.
• Translate strategy into measurable business outcomes and coach leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a network of AI Ambassadors across PTU.
• Set expectations, assignments, and meeting rhythms for the ambassador network.
• Align AI priorities with division leaders and people managers.
• Translate enterprise AI priorities into ambassador activities and adoption efforts.
• Equip Ambassadors with playbooks, coaching, resources, and practical tools.
• Track adoption metrics and turn insights into action.
• Develop future AI champions and readiness plans.
