The AI Adoption Manager will bridge business and technology, surfacing high-impact opportunities and translating them into scalable AI initiatives with engineering teams and external vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation, analytics, and emerging digital technologies.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into technology-driven solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Excellent communication and executive-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40% as required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-value AI opportunities and convert into structured use cases.
• Translate business problems into AI requirements, use cases, and solution briefs.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects from definition to deployment and ROI.
• Own project governance and ensure delivery focuses on business value.
• Define success metrics and measure ROI post-deployment.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions through structured rollout and training.
• Develop onboarding packs and training materials for scaling.
• Coordinate AI Steering Group submissions, decisions, and follow-ups.
