Parts Town is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to translate our AI strategy into practical adoption across the organization. You will lead a network of AI Ambassadors, set priorities, build capability, and partner with division leaders to drive measurable AI value.

The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and driving adoption without direct reporting lines, with a focus on embedding AI into day-to-day workflows and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience driving change, enabling learning, shaping communications, leading business transformation, accelerating technology adoption, or influencing similar organizational initiatives.
• Ability to turn change into action with ADKAR-based approaches.
• Leading without authority through trust, accountability, and influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a network of AI Ambassadors across PTU.
• Set expectations, assignments, and rhythms for the Ambassador network.
• Partner with division leaders to align AI ambassador activities with priorities.
