Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking an AI Ecosystem & Distributed Innovation Lead in Baltimore, MD. You will own the strategy for Associate-built reusable AI solutions, drive adoption, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale AI capabilities across Global Distribution.

The role requires 8+ years in AI/digital product management, strong communication, and a product mindset focused on delivering practical business value while balancing risk. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, product management, information systems, or a related discipline.
8+ years of related experience.
Experience in AI/digital product management, innovation, emerging technology, transformation, or related roles.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage both technical specialists and broad business audiences.

Responsibilities

Own the vision and roadmap for Associate-built reusable AI solutions across Global Distribution.
Develop mechanisms that encourage broad experimentation and creation while focusing on recurring business needs and high-value use cases.
Understand how Associates are using AI capabilities and identify patterns to improve quality or scale.
Establish measures of ecosystem health (adoption, engagement, value).
Build scalable lifecycle to discover, assess, publish, promote, measure, maintain, and retire AI solutions.
