Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to translate our AI strategy into practical adoption across the organization. You’ll lead a community of AI Ambassadors, guiding leaders and teams to understand changes, why they matter, and how to use AI effectively.

You’ll partner with division leaders, translate priorities into actions, build playbooks and coaching resources, and ensure the AI operating model works as intended while driving measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience driving organizational change and technology adoption.
• Ability to translate AI priorities into actionable programs.
• Comfort working with leaders and ambassadors across divisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a network of AI Ambassadors across PTU.
• Set expectations, rhythms, and accountability for ambassador activities.
• Translate enterprise AI priorities into practical ambassador actions and sessions.
• Provide playbooks, coaching, and tools to enable teams to adopt AI.
• Identify barriers, measure adoption, and drive learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with division leaders to align AI initiatives with business goals.
