Qualifications

• Three years+ management experience.
• Seven years training/facilitating experience or hotel/casino operations experience.
• Instructional design and development experience.
• Experience implementing training programs in a high-volume environment.

• Implementing learning and development initiatives.
• Analyzing and evaluating learning needs.
• Developing and implementing a leadership development program.
• Designing curriculum and training aids.
• Managing large-scale projects and compliance training.

Skills
