Ideal candidates have significant experience in training and development, particularly in a restaurant or hospitality setting, and demonstrate strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in training, leadership development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs across multiple levels.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a training and development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Design career development programs, including mentorship and coaching.
• Evaluate training vendors and negotiate contracts.
