Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months training experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
• Must be flexible to work any 8 hours between 7AM-12 Midnight CST.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire, progression and enhancement training.
• Train new and existing employees on client projects emphasizing confidentiality and security.
• Develop non-classroom training materials.
• Assess participant and class performance.
• Participate in client visits and gather curriculum feedback.
• Uphold policies and professional conduct standards.
• Collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
