Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive Lean leadership experience and transformation delivery.
• Experience leading multi-site or matrixed teams with measurable gains.
• Strong business acumen with P&L awareness and cost leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Operations; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, prioritization and execution of the Parker Lean System.
• Lead Lean Practitioners and Specialists to improve division performance.
• Define Lean/Quality strategy, annual plans and performance targets.
• Coach site leaders on daily management and problem solving.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance.
