Job summary

Parker Aerospace, a unit of Parker Hannifin Corp, is seeking a Lean Practitioner II to lead site-level and multi-value-stream improvement initiatives under the Parker Lean System. You will drive standardized practices, coach teams, and partner with site leadership to advance daily improvement and strategic deployment.

The role emphasizes advanced Lean knowledge, data analysis, and change leadership to reduce waste, improve flow, and enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years in operations, manufacturing, continuous improvement, Lean, quality, supply chain, or related environment.
• Experience leading kaizen events, improvement projects, Lean deployment, or cross-functional process improvement.
• Mentoring, coaching teams, or providing project leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Parker Lean System deployment, ownership and governance across value streams or sites.
• Lead kaizen events and improvement workshops from planning through sustainment.
• Apply Lean tools (value stream mapping, 5S/6S, kanban, daily management).
• Manage CI projects across value streams, track benefits and risks.
• Coach teams in structured problem solving (A3, 5-Why, DMAIC).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Finance.
