Cap8 Doors & Hardware, LLC is seeking a Division 10 Director to lead strategic operations for the commercial specialties in the Washington, D.C. metro area, with travel to client sites and project facilities.

You will own profitability, refine operational models, and build scalable systems to support rapid growth, while leading a high-performing team across procurement, project management, installation, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Significant operational leadership experience in Division 10 specialties or commercial construction.
• Experience scaling a commercial construction business unit.
• Deep expertise across procurement, project execution, installation, and billing cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic long-term growth plan for the Division 10 specialties business unit.
• Evaluate and streamline operational workflows across procurement, project management, installation, and closeout.
• Establish scalable internal procedures, clear performance standards, and accountability metrics.
• Manage division profitability, revenue metrics, backlogs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing operational team.
• Strengthen partnerships with general contractors, architects, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
• Resolve complex operational, financial, and scheduling challenges on major high-visibility projects.
