Job summary

Himmel’s Architectural Door and Hardware seeks a Division 10 Lead Project Manager in Houston, TX. You will lead the Division 10 department, manage multiple commercial projects from bid to closeout, and drive growth with GCs, architects, and owners across Texas.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, preparing estimates and submittals, coordinating procurement, and ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met while maintaining ADA/TAS compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in commercial construction (Division 10 experience).
• Strong understanding of plan reading, submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, schedules.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Division 10 projects from bid through closeout (partitions, accessories, lockers, signage, wall protection).
• Review plans and estimates; produce submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, COs, closeouts.
• Coordinate procurement with vendors; manage schedules, budgets, and profitability.
• Coordinate installation with field teams and general contractors; ensure ADA/TAS compliance.
• Develop market opportunities in Texas and mentor junior staff.
