• Experience managing commercial Division 10 projects.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and project schedules.
• Understanding of submittals, procurement, and project coordination.
• Experience managing multiple projects with deadlines and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with standard business software and project documentation tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage Division 10 projects from turnover through completion and closeout.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and contract documents to establish scope and requirements.
• Coordinate submittals, product data, shop drawings, approvals, and other documentation.
• Manage procurement, material lead times, deliveries, and releases to align with schedules.
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track project schedules, budgets, costs, change orders, and profitability.
• Identify scope gaps and coordinate resolutions before they affect execution.
• Monitor progress and address delays, material issues, and obstacles.
• Coordinate field measurements, site visits, and installation schedules with teams.
• Ensure products and installations meet specifications, codes, and quality requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Manage punch lists, warranty items, and final closeout requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
