DFH Commercial, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from our Northern Virginia headquarters to completion.

This hands-on role emphasizes ownership, relationship building with customers and vendors, and strong project execution. You will be supported by an established team and have access to broad product offerings with significant earning potential tied to performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial door, frame, and hardware estimating or project management.
• Experience reading architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active projects at once.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work full‑time from our Lorton office.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents, drawings, and specs for door/frame/hardware scopes.
• Prepare submittal packages for architect review.
• Negotiate contract values and scopes with general contractors and owners.
• Write and track material orders through production and shipping.
• Coordinate deliveries with field and installation teams.
• Manage relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions to keep work moving.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and schedule.
