Solid Rock Recruiting is seeking an experienced Division 8 Project Manager to oversee commercial doors, frames, and hardware projects from turnover through completion. You will coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed profitably and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Division 8 openings, can read construction drawings, and is proficient with Comsense for project management, material coordination, and documentation.

• Experience managing Division 8 commercial doors, frames, and hardware projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, door schedules, and hardware sets.
• Proficient with Comsense software for project management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

• Manage doors, frames, and hardware projects from turnover through procurement to closeout.
• Review drawings, door schedules, hardware sets, specs, and contract documents.
• Use Comsense to manage project information, material requirements, and docs.
• Coordinate submittals, product data, hardware schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track budgets, costs, change orders, and gross margins to stay profitable.
• Monitor schedules and address delays or other issues.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide updates to stakeholders.
