Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 10 Sales/Estimator to join our team in the custom construction market.

You will analyze drawings and specs to prepare complete cost estimates for Division 10 bathroom partitions, grab rails, and Division 12 blinds, ensuring accuracy and profitability. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and the sales team to develop competitive bids, communicate pricing clearly, and meet client deadlines while staying aligned with company pricing

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in the trade.
• Detail driven with an accounting mindset – “Know your costs”.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order.

Responsibilities

• Accurately estimating project costs and analyzing materials, equipment, and labor requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other stakeholders to create customized solutions for clients.
• Ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
• Clearly articulate the scope of work, pricing breakdowns, and value propositions in proposals to win new business.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to obtain product information, lead times, availability, and technical specifications.
• Follow up with clients after proposal submissions to gather feedback and refine future estimates.
