Job summary

SpinXpress Laundry in Texas is seeking a District Team Lead to oversee multiple stores, drive operational excellence, and mentor front-line teams.

You will partner with store managers to ensure superior customer service, optimize scheduling, and scale the company's new Fresh and Commercial divisions across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in operations or related fields.
• Strong background in retail or hospitality.
• Solid problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with budgeting and accounting basics.

Responsibilities

• Build a workplace culture aligned with SpinXpress goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop managers and attendants.
• Develop teams to achieve customer and operational excellence.
• Forecast trends and analyze operations data.
• Create HR-compliant procedures and onboarding processes.
• Coach and mentor staff with ongoing feedback.
• Lead staff to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Manage schedules, training, and overtime.
• Implement processes to sustain operational excellence.

Compensation:

$ 40,000 - $55,000 annually + bonuses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Strong experience in the retail or food service industries
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong leadership and development qualities
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles and practices
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organization's management team, providing leadership and direction
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel

Responsibilities

• Create a workplace culture that is consistent with SpinXpress's goals and identify the mission, vision, and values of SpinXpress
• Recruit, interview, select, hire, and develop an appropriate number of managers and attendants
• Focus on developing the team to drive customer and operational excellence
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Develop procedures in accordance with HR regulations
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding
• Empower employees to take responsibility and expect accountability with consistent feedback
• Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
• Maintain employee work schedules, including training, call-ins, and managing overtime hours
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to maintain operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output) continuously
