SpinXpress Laundry in Houston, TX is seeking a District Team Lead to oversee multiple store locations, drive high‑performing teams, and uphold exceptional customer care while launching our Fresh and Commercial divisions. You’ll shape operations, culture, and performance across the district to deliver consistent quality and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in operations or related fields is essential.
• Strong background in retail, hospitality, or food service.
• Demonstrated leadership and development qualities are a must.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are crucial for this role.
• Knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel, is required.
• Ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the management team.

Responsibilities

• Establish a workplace culture aligning with SpinXpress objectives and define mission, vision, and values.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and nurture managers and attendants.
• Focus on team development to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Monitor and predict operational patterns and analysis.
• Create procedures complying with HR regulations specific to the Houston, TX district.
• Guide, support, and develop staff, including onboarding in the Houston, TX district.
• Encourage staff to take ownership and ensure accountability through feedback.
• Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal achievement expectations.
• Manage employee schedules, including training, call-ins, and overtime.
• Implement and refine processes to sustain operational excellence.

Compensation

$40,000 - $55,000 base + bonus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required for this position
• Previous experience in operations or related fields is essential
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail, hospitality, or food service
• Demonstrated leadership and development qualities are a must
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are crucial for this role
• Knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel, is required
• The ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the management team is essential for providing leadership and direction

Responsibilities

• Focus on team development to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence

• Create procedures complying with HR regulations specific to the Houston, TX district
• Guide, support, and develop staff, including overseeing the onboarding process for new employees in the Houston, TX district
• Encourage staff to take ownership and ensure accountability through consistent feedback
• Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal achievement expectations set by the organization
• Manage employee work schedules, including training, call-ins, and overseeing overtime hours
• Implement and refine processes and protocols to sustain operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output) continuously
