Job summary

SpinXpress is seeking a District Team Lead to lead multiple store locations, build high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

This role offers a base salary of $55,000–$65,000 USD with bonus potential and a supportive, team-oriented culture. You will help launch new Fresh and Commercial divisions and drive brand consistency.

Ideal candidates have a retail/hospitality background, strong leadership, and solid budgeting basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in operations or related fields essential.
• Strong retail, hospitality, or food service background preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and development capabilities are required.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Establish a workplace culture aligned with SpinXpress's mission, vision, and values.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and nurture managers and attendants.
• Focus on team development to enhance customer satisfaction and operations.
• Monitor and predict operational patterns and analysis.
• Create HR-compliant procedures and guidelines.
• Guide and develop staff, including onboarding for new employees.
• Encourage ownership and accountability through regular feedback.
• Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goals set by the organization.
• Manage staff schedules, including training, call-ins, and overtime hours.
• Continuously refine processes to sustain operational excellence across stores.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required for this position
• Previous experience in operations or related fields is essential
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail, hospitality, or food service
• Demonstrated leadership and development qualities are a must
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are crucial for this role
• Knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel, is required
• Serving as a knowledgeable resource to the management team is key to providing effective leadership and direction.
