Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to help manage and maintain stores within your district. You will develop customer relationships, rent units, process payments at the POS, and perform daily operational tasks while upholding our service standards.

You’ll need a positive, outgoing attitude, basic MS Office skills, the ability to work Saturdays, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Conduct daily property tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, and process payments via POS.
