Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores in your district. You will focus on customer service and property maintenance, building relationships and meeting sales goals while performing daily operational tasks.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work Saturdays. Candidates should be comfortable with basic computer tasks and driving between locations as needed. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must be able to work Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle and current insurance.
• Frequent standing, bending, and walking required; able to climb ladders if needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions with standout service.
• Interact face to face with customers, deliver excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Walk the property for daily operations, lock checks, and unit showings.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments, and perform deposits.
