Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to oversee stores within your district, combining customer service excellence with proactive property maintenance to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. You will build relationships, meet monthly sales goals, rent units, process payments at the POS, and perform daily tasks such as lock checks and unit showings.

This role requires Saturday availability and a reliable driver’s license; we offer daytime hours, PTO, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
