CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district, delivering outstanding customer service and reliable maintenance. You will interact with customers, identify storage needs, renew leases, and drive daily tasks that keep facilities clean, secure, and well-organized.

This role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, sales goals, and efficient POS transactions, with a daytime schedule and potential Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to diverse customers.

• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Conduct daily property tasks including lock checks and tours.
• Rent storage units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, and process payments via POS.
